Shipping & Return Policy

**Returns:**

We accept returns of unopened, unused hair extensions within 7 days of receipt. To initiate a return, contact our customer service at Support@secret-socialite.com.

**Refunds:**

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original method of payment. But it can take up to 30 days depending on the company issuing the refund or store credit.

**Exchanges:**

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at Support@secret-socialite.com.

**Return Shipping:**

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

**Non-returnable Items:**

- Gift cards

- Opened or used hair extensions
